Welcome to IntiGo ERP. By accessing or using our enterprise resource planning system and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in with Google, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3 Use of Services

• You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not misuse our Services (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, or use Services in violation of applicable laws).

4 Google Login and Data Usage

If you sign in with Google OAuth:

• We collect your name, email address, profile picture (if available), and Google account identifier for authentication purposes.
• Our use of Google information complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Policy.
• We do not share Google OAuth data with third parties except as required to provide the Services or by law.

5 Subscription, Fees, and Payments

• Some Services may require payment or subscription. By purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

6 Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in the Services (including software, designs, logos, and content) remain with IntiGo ERP and its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7 Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google, payment providers). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.

8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable law
• Misuse the Services
• Fail to pay required fees

You may also stop using the Services at any time.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• IntiGo ERP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Services for your purposes.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
